- Comparable references and its actual scope on each project.
- Proposed sequence, machinery, supervision and retained-asset protection.
- Inclusions, exclusions, provisional quantities and pricing assumptions.
- Transport, disposal and any recovery/salvage arrangements.
- Start-date dependencies, work sequence and handover condition.
- How changed site information or additional work will be agreed in writing.
- Commercial terms and completion records for review before appointment.
