Arasar International · UAE project delivery

Demolition contractor for Ras Al Khaimah redevelopment.

Arasar delivers building demolition, warehouse dismantling and specialist concrete removal for suitable Ras Al Khaimah projects. Start with the site's governing authority, the asset boundary and the operations that must remain. Our Dubai team develops a project-specific package for review and quotation.

A defined contractor package

What needs to go. What must stay.

A warehouse replacement and a concrete intervention inside an operating facility require different briefs. Separate the structure, plant, services and recoverable assets before agreeing a demolition contract.

01

Buildings, villas and foundations

Define full or partial removal inside the plot, including the below-ground limits. Retained structures and any neighbouring asset should be marked on the same plan as the proposed demolition.

02

Warehouses and industrial structures

Separate frames and cladding from cranes, racking, mezzanines and process equipment. Agree ownership of recovered materials, lifting interfaces and the route from work zone to loading point.

03

Concrete openings and plant interfaces

For new openings, machine-base removal or restricted access, define the cut geometry and retained reinforcement or services. Scanning, coring, sawing and removal are coordinated around the agreed intervention.

Plan the site interfaces

Identify municipal and RAKEZ interfaces before mobilisation.

The plot and facility documents should identify the applicable authority and operator. The same description of 'industrial demolition' does not establish the same approval route for every Ras Al Khaimah site.

Consultant and plot boundary

For a municipal application, identify the appointed consultant and available previous permits. State whether demolition is partial or complete and mark the footprint within the plot.

An operating facility or RAKEZ site

Where RAKEZ or a facility operator governs the site, include its current project requirements and access conditions. Provide existing drawings and surveys, equipment boundaries and planned shutdown windows so the method package can address the actual interfaces.

Waste and service releases

Agree responsibility for utility clearances, waste permissions, transport and destination records. For a partially retained facility, distinguish isolated services from systems that remain in operation.

Published project evidence

Compare experience by scope and actual location.

The following records describe Arasar work in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Their documented locations and packages help you assess a proposed method and request the references relevant to your own project.

The foundation-cutting reference records 200 m³ of concrete removed using a defined specialist package. It is relevant when separating foundation work from demolition of an entire facility.

Diamond cutting and coring for new and enlarged structural openings. The published work is a concrete package, not complete data-centre decommissioning.

Your demolition quotation

Send one clear brief. Resolve the exclusions.

Send the location, scope and available documents. Our team will review the removal boundary, site constraints and responsibilities before confirming the proposal.

  1. Plot and facility reference, municipality or zone, and appointed consultant.
  2. Structural versus equipment-removal limits, drawings and retained assets.
  3. Operating areas, service releases, access and shutdown windows.
  4. Waste and salvage responsibilities, lift interfaces and agreed handover.

Before appointing a company

Questions to resolve before the contract.

How do I shortlist demolition companies in Ras Al Khaimah?

Compare relevant work scope, the proposed method, retained-asset protection and the ability to satisfy the actual plot's requirements. Give bidders the same boundaries and operating constraints; a headline price does not show what is excluded.

Does every RAK industrial site follow RAKEZ requirements?

No. Identify the plot's jurisdiction and the facility operator. The proposal should use the current requirements applicable to that location, including municipal, zone, utility or operator interfaces where relevant.

Can a warehouse be dismantled in phases?

A phased package can be reviewed when structural independence, service isolation, safe access and operating boundaries can be defined. Share the areas that remain active and required shutdowns; the agreed method determines what is feasible.

Does this page represent an Arasar office in RAK?

Our published office remains in Dubai Motor City. Ras Al Khaimah coverage is project-based mobilisation; suitability, access and the applicable contracting requirements are confirmed before commitment.
