UAE project coverage
One Dubai team. Seven Emirates.
Planning demolition, an interior strip-out or specialist concrete work? Arasar's Dubai-based team reviews projects across all seven Emirates, with mobilisation and approvals confirmed for the individual site.
Our published office is in Dubai Motor City. Coverage in another emirate means project-based mobilisation, not a separate local office. Access, equipment, authority requirements and the working programme are reviewed before we confirm the scope.
For demolition in Abu Dhabi, include whether the site is in Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain or Al Dhafra. For Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain, send the plot location, municipality or development name and any owner or consultant requirements.

What are you removing?
A building or villa
Define complete demolition versus partial removal, neighbouring properties, foundations and the required end state.
Detailed method pages use our established Dubai URLs and also explain services available for suitable UAE projects. Requirements and mobilisation outside Dubai are confirmed separately; Dubai approval guidance should not be treated as the approval process for another emirate.
Before a proposal
A useful enquiry starts with four things.
Location: emirate, plot or building name, access route and the relevant municipality, developer or facility operator.
Removal scope: photos, marked drawings, dimensions and a clear distinction between what goes and what stays.
Site constraints: occupancy, utilities, equipment access, lifting space, working hours and debris routes.
Approvals and handover: owner or consultant contact, approval status, target dates and the required finished condition.
See published certificates and project evidence when preparing a contractor shortlist. Each record identifies its actual location; service coverage alone is not evidence of a completed project in every emirate.
