Arasar International · UAE project delivery

Demolition contractor for Fujairah site clearance and alterations.

Arasar provides full or partial demolition and specialist concrete-removal packages for Fujairah projects. Bring the plot information, the removal boundary and the current approval stage. Our Dubai-based team reviews access, service isolation and the required finished condition before confirming a site-specific offer.

A defined contractor package

What needs to go. What must stay.

Make clear whether the job ends at structural removal, below-ground clearance or a site ready for the following contractor. These are different packages even when they concern the same property.

01

Full building and villa removal

Define buildings, annexes, slabs, foundations and external structures separately. Include the available plot plan and identify which parts of the property or surroundings must remain protected.

02

Partial removal and new openings

For retained buildings, show the exact wall, slab or foundation sections affected. Agree structural-review and temporary-support responsibilities alongside cutting, lifting and debris removal.

Controlled demolition ↗
03

Concrete, foundation and external works

Separate concrete-removal quantities from excavation and reinstatement. State the dimensions, access conditions and retained services so the selected sawing or breaking method fits the work boundary.

Plan the site interfaces

Separate approval preparation from permission to start.

Fujairah's published services distinguish preliminary demolition approval from the final demolition licence. Your enquiry should identify the stage actually reached so the programme is based on the remaining releases.

The document stage

Send the available site plan, scope and current permit or preliminary-approval reference. Identify the owner, consultant and intended contracting entity so missing project inputs can be resolved before pricing is treated as final.

Method and utility release

State the planned removal method and which services are isolated, retained or awaiting clearance. Confirm the authority's applicable conditions before mobilising demolition plant or committing to the start of physical work.

The site delivered afterwards

Define the remaining foundations, required excavation or backfill level, material destination and completion records. Align the demolition contractor's handover with the next construction package.

Published project evidence

Compare experience by scope and actual location.

The following records describe Arasar work in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Their documented locations and packages help you assess a proposed method and request the references relevant to your own project.

Sheikh Zayed Road · Dubai

A recorded foundation-removal package of 100 linear metres. Its defined length and separate thickness information show how to describe below-ground concrete work.

Your demolition quotation

Send one clear brief. Resolve the exclusions.

Send the location, scope and available documents. Our team will review the removal boundary, site constraints and responsibilities before confirming the proposal.

  1. Plot location, current plan and full versus partial demolition limits.
  2. Current application, preliminary approval or final-permit status.
  3. Service isolation, retained assets, access and material-removal route.
  4. Below-ground scope, finished level, waste responsibilities and close-out records.

Before appointing a company

Questions to resolve before the contract.

What should a Fujairah demolition company's quotation include?

The work boundary, quantities, method assumptions, retained-property protection, service releases, access, waste scope and final handover. Ask for explicit exclusions and remaining approval dependencies so contractor offers can be compared on the same basis.

Can demolition begin with a preliminary approval?

Confirm the final release required for the actual site. Fujairah publishes a preliminary stage separately from the final demolition licence, so the project team must establish which conditions remain before physical work starts.

Does partial demolition use the same scope as full clearance?

No. Partial work requires explicit boundaries around retained structures, finishes and services. Complete clearance must separately identify foundations, external works and the level and condition left for the next contractor.

Does Arasar have a Fujairah branch?

The published office is in Dubai Motor City. Fujairah projects are reviewed for mobilisation from our Dubai team, with the scope and applicable project requirements agreed before appointment.
