Arasar plans warehouse demolition for steel, precast, blockwork and reinforced-concrete facilities in Dubai and across the UAE. Long-span frames, roof systems, slabs, services, yards and neighbouring operations are treated as one dismantling and logistics problem.

The method

Warehouse demolition engineered around long spans and logistics.

A warehouse can appear simple while containing unstable frame behaviour, suspended services, mezzanines, racking interfaces and large sheet materials exposed to wind. The sequence must keep the remaining bays stable while components are released and lowered.

Arasar coordinates service isolation boundaries, soft strip, roof and wall removal, structural dismantling, slab processing and material segregation around the available gates, yards and traffic routes. Operational neighbours and retained facility areas are separated from the demolition zone.

01Can a warehouse be demolished beside operating units?

Potentially. Structural separation, utilities, fire routes, traffic, dust, noise and emergency access must be reviewed so demolition and operations can be divided into controlled zones.

02Are the steel frame and slab removed together?

Not necessarily. The required handover determines whether slabs, foundations and yards remain. Frame dismantling and concrete removal normally follow separate equipment and stability sequences.

03Can warehouse steel be recovered?

Material recovery depends on member condition, connection type, contamination, client requirements and safe dismantling practicality. The intended recovery route should be defined before work.

04Does Arasar provide warehouse demolition outside Dubai?
