Scope. Selective structural removal within an existing villa renovation rather than unrestricted full-building demolition.

Constraint. The work had to separate removed and retained areas clearly and keep adjacent finishes ready for the next construction stage.

Delivery. The removal sequence, work zones and debris movements were controlled around the retained property, producing renovation-ready areas.
