The method

Diamond wire cutting for massive UAE structures.

A diamond wire travels around the concrete section through an engineered pulley route, cutting reinforced concrete with low vibration and without the blade-diameter limits of a circular saw. This makes wire saw cutting suitable for foundations, pile caps, beams, columns, bridge elements and irregular mass-concrete sections.

Every concrete wire cutting operation starts with the retained structure. Arasar reviews drawings, scanning information, access, reinforcement, temporary works and the destination of each separated piece before the final cut. The result is a controlled, lift-ready section and a site-specific method for work in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE.

Diamond wire sawing is used for thick, heavily reinforced or irregular concrete sections where circular blade access or depth is restrictive. Typical applications include foundations, pile caps, beams, columns, bridge elements and mass-concrete removal.

02What is the difference between wire sawing and wall sawing?

A track-mounted wall saw creates accurate linear cuts and structural openings in walls or slabs. A diamond wire can loop around much thicker or irregular sections, so it is often selected when blade diameter, access or geometry limits a wall saw.

03Can diamond wire cut reinforced concrete and steel?

Diamond wire systems can cut heavily reinforced concrete and embedded steel. The reinforcement, expected section and wire route are reviewed before work so equipment, cooling and production controls match the actual structure.

04Can wire saw cutting be used in a live facility?
