Arasar accepts standalone pile-head reduction and concrete foundation-removal work in Dubai and across the UAE. The scope distinguishes trimming a pile to its specified cut-off from removing a pile cap, footing or other released foundation element.
The method
Pile-head breaking is not the same as extracting an entire deep pile. The required cut-off level, reinforcement to preserve, structural design and adjoining works must come from the responsible project team. Cutting and controlled breaking are selected only after the as-built condition and access are reviewed.
For pile caps, footings and other foundation concrete, Arasar defines separation, support or lifting interfaces, underground services, adjacent structures and material routes before removal. The quotation states whether it covers only breaking and cutting or also loading, disposal and the final prepared surface.
