Arasar undertakes standalone swimming pool demolition as well as pool removal within a larger villa redevelopment. The proposal defines the concrete shell, surrounding finishes, access, services and the condition required after removal.
The method
A request to remove a swimming pool may mean dismantling the full concrete shell, removing selected walls or floor sections, or clearing only equipment and finishes before alteration. Those are different packages. The client and project team should identify what remains and whether backfill, new construction or landscaping follows.
Before cutting or breaking, the pool must be out of use and drainage, electrical and water connections released by the responsible parties. Access for machinery, neighbouring structures, underground services, debris routes and the intended handover level determine the site-specific method. Backfill and reinstatement are not presumed to be included.
