Structural dismantling across the UAE.

Arasar delivers structural dismantling for steel, reinforced-concrete and composite assets across the UAE. Members are released in a planned order using cutting, temporary support and lifting so the remaining structure stays controlled throughout the programme.

The method

Component-by-component removal for complex structures.

Dismantling differs from unrestricted demolition because the structure is divided into defined components. Connection details, member weights, centres of gravity, crane capacity, rigging points and the stability of every intermediate stage must be understood.

Arasar coordinates structural cuts with support and lifting. The method can suit bridges, industrial frames, plant structures, roof systems and projects where falling material, vibration or space must be tightly limited.

01What is structural dismantling?

Structural dismantling is the planned removal of a structure in defined components. Cutting, support and lifting are coordinated so each intermediate structural state remains controlled.

02When is dismantling preferred to mechanical demolition?

It may be preferred where space is limited, components must be lowered rather than dropped, vibration must be reduced, material is intended for recovery or adjacent assets must remain protected.

03How are component weights confirmed?

Weights are developed from verified geometry, materials, drawings and site information, with suitable allowances. Final lifting arrangements must be reviewed by the responsible project specialists.

04Can concrete structures be dismantled in sections?

Yes. Diamond wire or wall sawing can create defined concrete sections for supported release and lifting, subject to reinforcement, access, temporary works and craneage.
