Our strip-out scope covers the agreed partitions, ceilings, finishes and services while retaining the shell. In occupied properties, we plan access, segregation and shutdown interfaces with the project team.
We provide diamond cutting, core drilling and robotic breaking for openings and controlled removal. Equipment and section handling are selected around the structure, retained assets and available access.
For industrial assets, define plant and equipment dismantling separately from structural work. For a server room or data centre, include the IT asset and facility decommissioning scope. Data destruction certification is not assumed to be included.

Agree mobilisation, supervision, machine and lifting access, neighbouring or occupied areas, and the routes for separated material before execution.

The exact plot matters. DMT lists separate municipal contacts for Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain and Al Dhafra. Include the municipality, development or facility name, owner and appointed consultant in your enquiry so the correct approval route can be checked.
