Arasar provides demolition, strip-out and specialist concrete-removal packages for Sharjah projects. Work with our Dubai-based team on complete removal or a defined intervention, with the execution scope, mobilisation and approval responsibilities agreed for your site.
Demolition services for the asset you are changing.
Buildings and villas
Complete structural demolition or selective removal for redevelopment and renovation. We define the retained property, foundations, external works and clearance limits with you before choosing the removal method.
Separate removal of the structure and envelope from mezzanines, plant, racking or internal alterations. The package accounts for equipment access, lifting and material routes, and any operations that remain.
Appoint us for an agreed interior strip-out or concrete-removal package, with clear boundaries around the retained shell, shared services and neighbouring occupants.
Removal boundary: identify the whole building or marked elements, slab and foundation depths, external works and anything to retain.
Site interfaces: show shared walls, neighbouring properties, live services, occupied areas and access for machinery, lifting and transport.
Execution package: agree the method, supervision, temporary-works interfaces, protection measures and material-removal responsibilities.
Approval and close-out: confirm the plot authority, owner and consultant roles, permit status and the records needed at completion.
Send your plot location, marked drawings and photographs of the structure and access. A demolition quotation depends on the removal quantities, retained assets, selected methods and disposal scope; no generic rate or start date is promised.
The following are published Arasar projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, not claimed Sharjah projects. They demonstrate specific methods and packages; references for your proposed contract should match its scope.
Dubai Hills · Dubai
Selective structural removal for a villa renovation, with original site photographs and retained-building context.
A documented foundation-section cutting and removal package for Wade Adams Contracting LLC. This is defined concrete removal, not demolition of the surrounding road or buildings.
Sharjah City Municipality publishes a separate demolition completion certificate service, involving inspection of completed demolition under a permit. Its published document list includes the permit, owner and contractor completion letters, and contractor licence evidence. Agree who supplies and submits the applicable records in your contract.
Confirm the current requirements with the competent authority for the actual plot. This page is an Arasar service offer, not a permit application, an approval guarantee or a complete legal checklist. Authority fees and processing times are not included unless specifically agreed.
Our published office is in Dubai Motor City. Arasar serves Sharjah projects through project-based mobilisation from Dubai; this page does not represent a separate Sharjah branch. Eligibility and authority requirements are confirmed for the actual contract before appointment.
02Can I appoint Arasar for a complete building or villa removal?
Yes, you can request a full-demolition quotation or a partial-removal package. Send the site location, drawings and photographs, and identify foundations, boundary walls and external works separately. The proposal confirms the method, retained assets, clearance limits, approvals and responsibilities before execution.
03Is foundation removal or reinstatement automatically included?
No. Building removal, slab and foundation removal, waste transport, backfilling and reinstatement must be defined separately in the agreed scope. State the condition needed for the next contractor so quantities and exclusions are clear.
04Can a warehouse or shop remain partly in use?
We can review a phased or selective-removal scope. Share occupied areas, operating constraints, service-isolation responsibilities and access routes. A workable method and any shutdowns must be agreed with the owner or operator; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
